September 13th, Mr. Hou Xuejun, President of CCOEC and Mr. Xie Lutao, Vice President of CCOEC met with Mr. Sarath Amunugama, State Minister of Special Assignments and Mr. Niroshan Perera, State Minister of National Policies & Economic Affairs of Sri Lanka respectively and had friendly talks over the Three Urban Waste Water Disposal Projects.
